3) Booking Requests and Reservations

Availability displayed or discussed is not a guarantee until your reservation is confirmed by Blue Quail RV Park. We may request additional information to confirm your booking.

• Reservation confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only after we communicate confirmation (by phone, text, email, or booking tool) and any required deposits/fees are received.
• Check-in / check-out: Times and procedures may be provided at booking or check-in and may vary by season or site availability.
• Site assignment: We may assign or adjust site placement for operational reasons (maintenance, safety, utility access, or scheduling).

4) Fees, Payments, Deposits, and Taxes

Rates, fees, and taxes will be disclosed during the booking process or upon request. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

• Payment due: You agree to pay all charges associated with your stay as disclosed at booking/check-in.
• Authorization: If applicable, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for approved amounts.
• Past-due balances: Unpaid balances may result in reservation cancellation or termination of stay, subject to applicable law.

5) Cancellations, Changes, and No-Shows

Cancellation and change policies may vary based on stay length, season, and booking channel. The specific policy communicated at the time of booking will apply. If no policy is provided, contact us as soon as possible for options.

• Changes: Date changes are subject to availability and may change pricing.
• No-shows: If you do not arrive as scheduled and do not contact us, your reservation may be canceled and fees may apply.

6) Park Rules and Guest Responsibilities

You agree to follow all posted rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from management. Rules are intended to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

• Conduct: Respect quiet hours and other guests. No illegal activity.
• Safety: Follow speed limits and utility connection guidelines. Keep your site clean and free of hazards.
• Utilities: Use hookups properly. You are responsible for your equipment and connections. Report issues promptly.
• Visitors: Visitor policies may apply; contact us for current guidance.
• Compliance: Failure to follow rules may result in warnings, fees, removal, or termination of stay, subject to applicable law.

7) Long-Term Stays

Long-term or extended stays may require additional documentation, deposits, or agreements. Monthly/extended arrangements may have different payment schedules and policies.

8) WiFi / Internet (Starlink) Disclaimer

We may provide WiFi/internet access as an amenity. Internet service is offered “as is” and may be subject to outages, congestion, weather, or third-party issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific speeds.

9) Website Use and Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation. You may not:

• Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
